However, their disposition will be different on Palm Jebel Ali, and the fronds will start with the town homes, followed by the garden homes and then at the end of the fronds and at the best location the signature villas will emerge.
Moreover, The Palm Jebel Ali will comprise water homes built on stilts that spell a poem written by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum the ruler of Dubai. The apartments will be built on the crescent.
It will take another 2 years for the owners to move on Palm Jebel Ali. Nevertheless, the demand and the prices have gone up tremendously in the last month. All villas and water homes have been sold out a long time ago and the resale market is already booming.
